Ο Σύνδεσμος μας

Ο Σύνδεσμος μας ιδρύθηκε με βάση τις πρόνοιες του Περί Νοσηλευτικής και Μαιευτικής Νόμου 214/88. 

Σε προγενέστερο στάδιο λειτούργησε η επαγγελματική οργάνωση με την επωνυμία "Οργάνωση Κυπρίων Νοσοκόμων - Ο.Κ.Ν". Είναι μέλος του Διεθνούς Συμβουλίου Νοσηλευτών (ICN) από το 1979 σε συνέχεια της Ο.Κ.Ν και της Διεθνούς Συνομοσπονδίας Μαιών από το 2006 και αντιπροσωπεύει τους Νοσηλευτές και Μαίες της Κύπρου στο Διεθνή Νοσηλευτικό και Μαιευτικό χώρο.
Το 2003 άλλαξε το όνομα του σε Παγκύπριο Σύνδεσμο Νοσηλευτών και Μαιών (ΠΑΣΥΝΜ) σύμφωνα με την εναρμονιστική Νομοθεσία 154/2003

The Cyprus Nurses and Midwives Association

Cyprus Nurses Association was established in 1988 according to the provision of the Nursing and Midwifery Law No.214/88.
A professional Nursing organization was in existence long before with the same name. In English CY.N.A and O.K.N in Greek - Organosis Kiprion Nosokomon.


CY.N.A is a member of the International Council of Nurses (ICN) since 1979, in continuation of the O.K.N. In 2003 it changed its name to Cyprus Nurses and Midwives Association (CYNMA) according to the provisions of the harmonizing EU legislation 154/2003.
