Interruption to service
CyNMA aims to keep the Site available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, to maintain saved information and to ensure that the quality of the Site remains high. However, due to technical failures, acts of God or routine maintenance, availability may be limited and/or information may be lost. MA Healthcare shall not be liable for lost information or non-availability of services.

In addition, CyNMA does not warrant that the functions contained in the material contained in the Site will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy and reliability of the materials.
